Gwin - May 10, 2002 - earned a qualifying score in
AKC Rally Obedience Level I at the Golden Triangle
Kennel Club of Mississippi (her first time trying this
new activity). Her score of 92 (out of a possible 100)
was the third highest in this class!

Luke - June 1, 2002 - six-month-old Luke was
Winners Dog/Best of Breed and earned his first point
at the Mississippi Valley Kennel Club show.

the Mississippi Valley Kennel Club show.

The Missouri Earthdogs Memorial Day BASH took
place on May 25-26. Eleven WYSIWYG Welsh terriers
participated. Some highlights:
Lark - In conformation six-month-old Lark did the best
with a third place ribbon in the "colored terrier and
dachshunds" puppy category.
Sky - her time of 10:26 seconds "to the rats" in the
"colored terrier" class of the Championship
Go-To-Ground earned her the Reserve Champion
(2nd place) ribbon and prizes.
Luke - on Sunday, he had the second fastest time in
the Challenge Lure Course in the puppy category.
Sky - her time of 1 minute, 18:30 seconds "to the rats"
in the "colored terrier" class of the
Super-Go-To-Ground earned her the Champion (1st
place) ribbon and prizes. Moose who arrived at the
rats slightly over the three minutes allowed was
awarded the Reserve Champion (2nd place) ribbon
and prizes. No other colored terriers qualified.
